P\u0159estat kou\u0159it m\u00e1 \u0159adu v\u00fdhod, a pokud m\u00e1te schizofrenii, m\u016f\u017ee to dokonce zlep\u0161it va\u0161e du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed. V takov\u00fdch situac\u00edch je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nezapomenout, \u017ee dlouhodob\u011b to va\u0161e p\u0159\u00edznaky sp\u00ed\u0161e zhor\u0161\u00ed. <sup>2<\/sup> Alkohol souvis\u00ed s depres\u00ed a rizikem psych\u00f3zy a ileg\u00e1ln\u00ed drogy v\u00e1m mohou zhor\u0161it schizofrenii. Pe\u010dovatel m\u016f\u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad poci\u0165ovat vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u00edt poruchy sp\u00e1nku, depresi a \u00fazkost. Proto je i pro pe\u010dovatele d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl a dobr\u00e1 kvalita sp\u00e1nku.
